indietroThe Cooperative Winery “Viticoltori in Avio”, comprises a wine-growing area
situated in the southern half of the Lagarina Valley, a border country which
encompasses the Trentino and Veneto regions, where the River Adige flows
through the vineyards up to its narrowing stretch in Verona.
Founded in 1957, the Cooperative is made up of almost 500 members
and produces a average of 100,000 tonnes of wine per year, only a part
of which is bottled.

A refined and very pleasant-tasting wine, the flavour of Pinot Grigio is full
and balanced and is well suited to hors d’oevres and dishes of vegetables,
fish and white meat.
A fine-tasting bordeaulaise wine of great structure, gentle to the palate.
It is excellent with second courses of game,venision, roasts and red meat
in general.
Vendemmia Tardiva "11 Novembre"
Wine which is to be sipped very slowly, as it is produced from grapes
harvested in November; its taste is refined, delicate and slightly sweet.
It is excellent with desserts and cheeses and delicious with the honeyed
soft cheese, Ricotta di Sabbionara.
Produced from the grapes of the autoctonous vine of the same name,
Enantio, this wine has a decisive taste which goes well with first courses,
second courses of cooked meat and cold meats. It is excellent savoured
with Affogato all’Enantio cheese.
Refined and of a delicate bouquet, it is excellent with light hors d’oevres,
dishes based on eggs and fish. It is very much appreciated as an aperitif.
A typical wine of the Lagarina Valley, it is excellent combined with first
courses, with second courses based on polenta, meat, wild mushrooms,
dried, salted cod and with cheeses.
